The National Living Wage (NLW) is increasing from 1st April 2019 to £8.21 per hour. As a result of this upcoming change, any roles that you advertise with us at a rate of between £8.78 and £9.19 (inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay) will automatically be updated on 1st April to £9.20.
As you may be aware, fair pay for workers is important to us here at Flexy, which is why we don’t discriminate with regards to age and use the NLW as the minimum rate that all workers can be paid. We also believe that better rates increase candidate suitability and reliability, which are two factors that our software algorithms are trained to look for when selecting the best matches for your jobs.
