How you get paid

We guarantee secure payment straight into your bank account every Friday. You can track your earnings and next pay date clearly within the app. For super-users on Flexy, you have the ability to cash-out earnings immediately after your shift. On the Monday before each Friday you get paid, you will receive an email containing your payslip, which outlines your earnings, Tax, and National Insurance contributions.

Income tax and National Insurance

Unlike many gig-economy and on-demand staffing platforms, Flexy treats users as employees, which means you have additional benefits such as holiday pay. We manage payroll for you too, so that instead of having to set yourself up as a Limited company or complete an annual tax return, you pay tax as you earn on Flexy. All Tax and National Insurance contributions are clearly outlined in the weekly payslips sent to you every Monday.
